APPLICATION DESCRIPTIONS

APPLICATION DEADLINE MARCH 1, 2025 TO AVOID A $100 PROCESSING FEE
- ARTS & CRAFT APPLICATION: To be considered an Arts & Craft Vendor, all work submitted must be handmade or 50% embellished in the United States by the applicant using his or her own original, creative and artistic designs. ($400 10x10; $ 750 10X20; $250 corner ad-on; $75 - $125 electrical).
- MARKETPLACE/COMMERCIAL/NON-PROFIT APPLICATION: This application should be filled out if you are promoting a business, are a non-profit, selling anything that is retail, buy & sell or a mixture of retail/Arts & Crafts. ($500 10x10; $950 10x20; $300 corner add-on; $75 - $125 electrical).
- PRE-PACKAGED FOOD APPLICATIONS: This application should be filled out by food that is prepared and prepackaged in advance – manufactured or processed. ($400 10x10; $750 10X20; $250 corner add-on; $75-$125 Electrical).
- FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS: This application should be filled out by applicants who will be preparing food and/or specialty beverages/desserts onsite. For a food vendor application, please email your menu to info@mhmmg.com or 408-778-1786 to see if your menu items are available to sell. PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO FOOD VENDORS WHO HAVE MUSHROOMS ON THEIR MENU.
